Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with every product that you purchase from our official Blue Mountain Website. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a goods refund or Store Credit of the item purchase price. Please note, however, that printed and personalized items, cannot be returned. Order shipping fee will not be eligible to be refunded as the cost was already incurred. We ask that the product be unused, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all credit. paperwork, parts and accessories in order to ensure smooth return process.
We run special promotions from time to time. Full-priced merchandise with special (limited time) promotional discounts can be returned for a full refund, at the amount paid for the item in the order. Stock Clearance merchandise with special (limited time) promotional discounts can only be returned for Store Credit, at the amount paid for the item in the order, and can only be used online.
